With over 25 years of experience in financial management and reporting, budgeting, accounting and taxation, George has been recruited to serve in senior financial management positions in public accounting firms in addition to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
He is a graduate of Bryant University, with both a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, as well as an MBA in Management. He is a member of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), AICPA (including the Not-for-Profit and Government Audit Quality Center sections), the Massachusetts Society of CPA and the Boston Nonprofit Consultants Network.
With a comfortable communication style and confidence in presentation skills, he translates technical accounting and finance issues in to understandable concepts. His audiences have included financial managers, Boards and Committees, commercial lenders and accounting and finance peers. Topics presented included:
